If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to our return policy terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account, go to 'Order History,' and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
